Riverview Landing is a redevelopment of an 86-acre brownfield site along the Chattahoochee River. The goal of the develop-ment is to turn blighted land into an environmentally sustainable, mixed-use neighborhood. Rhinehart Pulliam & Company established the architectural vision of the project including several key sites such as the residential quarter and the commercial corridor. As designed, this area is replete with architectural styles characteristic of many of the great

neighborhoods within Atlanta. The defining characteristic of the residential quarter is its pedestrian areas that connect a series of small pocket neighborhoods, each offering a unique place. Taken together, these interlocking pockets create the overall sense of community of the development. These residential neighborhoods then link to the commercial center though vibrant street-life as well as the quiet trails and river walks.
